Whitney Plaster

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Whitney Plaster was born and raised in Fallbrook, CA, and moved to Orange County in 2022, where she currently resides. She received her undergraduate degree from Southern Utah University with a major in Nutrition. Whitney then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences.

Whitney’s passion for physical therapy began at a young age after watching her family members go through rehab and seeing the significant impact it had on their return to maximal function. She developed a particular interest in pelvic floor therapy, helping women with urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and postpartum rehabilitation.

In addition to women’s health, Whitney provides treatments such as deep muscle stimulator (DMS), active release technique (ART), soft tissue mobilizations, joint mobilizations, electrical stimulation, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), TMJ intra-oral treatment, Kinesio (KT) taping, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), and lymphatic compression pump therapy.

Whitney has a genuine passion for helping others and is dedicated to improving the quality of life for those she serves. She embodies empathy, expertise, and unwavering commitment in her role as a physical therapist.
