Maranda Terry

Doctor of Physical Therapy

Maranda Terry is an Orange County native who grew up in Brea and attended California State University, Fullerton, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in 2021.

Maranda’s passion for physical therapy began in high school after taking a sports medicine elective—at the same time she was receiving physical therapy for a soccer injury. That experience sparked her fascination with the human body and the power of movement as medicine. She knew then that she had found her calling. Today, Maranda is committed to helping her patients recover, move with confidence, and get back to doing what they love most.

She takes a patient-centered approach to care, blending a variety of evidence-based techniques, including Myofascial Release (MFR), Active Release Technique (ART), Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), joint mobilization, myofascial decompression, Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF), and Kinesio (KT) taping. Beyond hands-on treatment, Maranda focuses on education, empathy, and empowerment—ensuring her patients understand their recovery process and feel supported every step of the way.

Outside the clinic, Maranda enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their German Shepherd. She’s an avid sports fan (especially football and hockey), and she loves cooking, baking, and exploring the outdoors.
